Recipe of Raj Bhog Ingredients 1.Paneer - 200 grams 2. Sugar - 1.5 Cup 3. Pistachio - 10-12 nos.finely ground 4. Orange Food colour 5. Semolina - 1 tsp 6. Chilled Water - 1 Bowl Method of preparation Step1: Add semolina to the paneer and mince the Paneer with the help of your palm for 10- 15 minutes to make a dough of it. Step 2: Make small sized balls of equal size out of the dough. Step 3: Take one ball out of those balls and mix ground pistachio in it. Step 4: Now stuff 1/2 tsp of pistachio mixture of step 3 into the remaining balls. Step 5: Now take a cooker add 6 cups of water and sugar. Boil the sugar and water mixture on high flame. Step 6: As soon as the water starts boiling add all those stuffed balls to it and cover the cooker with a lid and let it cook for 30-35minutes.( Do not pressure cook) Note : a.
