Welcome!  Let's start making Rawa Disc. This dish requires very common ingredients and two steel glasses. So I start with discussing the ingredients first  Ingredients : For 2 persons 1. Rawa - 1 Cup 2. Curd - 1 Cup 3. Potato - 3 medium size boiled and then grated+mashed. 4. Oninon-1 medium sized finely chopped 5. Green Chilli - 1 no. finely chopped 6. Ginger - 1 inch finely chopped 7. Refined Oil - 1 tbsp 8. Plain Eno - 1 tsp Spices: 1. Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp 2. Salt to taste 3. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp 4. Red Chilli powder. 1/4 tsp 5. Small mustard seeds-1/2 tsp 6. Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp Now, let's start cooking Method: Step 1: Mix curd and Rawa and keep aside for 30 minutes Step 2: Turn on the stove keep the flame low medium, put a pan on and add oil.
