Good morning friends Whenever sewai comes in our mind we assume something would be sweet but today I want to lift that assumption and have brought a breakfast for you all which is made of sewai but not sweet. Infact you will find this breakfast tasty and healthy at par. So let's start the cooking. Ingredients 1. Sewai (Vermicelli) - 200gm 2. Onion - 1 no. Medium size chopped 3. Tomato- 1 no. Medium size chopped 4. Capsicum - 1 no. Small chopped 5. Carrot -1 no. Chopped 6. Cabbage in small amount- Chopped 7. Peanuts 20-25 nos.(Optional) 8. Refined oil 2 tbsp 9. Curry leaves for seasoning 10. Small mustard seeds 1/2 tsp 11. Salt to taste 12. Red chilli powder 1 tsp 13.
