Namkeen Sewai

Good morning friends Whenever sewai comes in our mind we assume something would be sweet but today I want to lift that assumption and have brought a breakfast for you all which is made of sewai but not sweet. Infact you will find this breakfast tasty and healthy at par. So let's start the cooking. Ingredients 1. Sewai (Vermicelli) - 200gm 2. Onion - 1 no. Medium size chopped 3. Tomato- 1 no. Medium size chopped 4. Capsicum - 1 no. Small chopped 5. Carrot -1 no. Chopped  6. Cabbage in small amount- Chopped 7. Peanuts 20-25 nos.(Optional) 8. Refined oil 2 tbsp 9. Curry leaves for seasoning 10. Small mustard seeds 1/2 tsp 11. Salt to taste 12. Red chilli powder 1 tsp 13. Rawa Upama

Ingredients - for 3-4 Persons 1. Rawa (Semolina)150gm 2. Chopped Onions 1no. big 3. Green chillies 2 nos. Slitted 4. Ginger 1 inch grated 5. Peanuts 12-15 nos . 6. Curry leaves 7. Chana Dal  1 tsp 8. Urad Dal. 1 tsp 9. Jeera 1/2 tsp 10. Mustard seeds  1/2 tsp 11. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp 12. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp 13. Salt to taste. 14. Refined Oil     3 tablespoon 15. Water  16. Lemon juice  17. Chopped Tomato 1no. big Method Step 1. Turn on the stove put a pan on it . Dry Roast the Rawa on low flame for 3-4 minutes. Ensure that colour of Rawa must not change. While roasting the Rawa keep stirring it with spatula. After roasting, Immediately  transfer the Rawa to plate. Step 2. Add oil to the pan and fry the peanuts on low flame till it turns brown and transfer it to small bowl. Step 3. Poha - Indian Morning Breakfast

Ingredients- for 4 persons 1. Poha (Mota Choora) - 4 handfuls 2. Potato 1no. Big cut in small dices 3. Onions 2nos. Medium  4. Green chillies 2nos. Slit  5. Curry leaves(optional)  6. Raai(Mustard seeds) 1 tsp 7. Turmeric 1/2 tsp 8. Coriander leaves for garnishing 9. Peanuts 15-20 nos.  10. Refined Oil/Ghee.   2 tablespoon  11. Saunf (Fennel Seeds) 1 tsp 12. Salt  1 tsp  13. Sugar  1 tsp Method Step 1. Wash the Choora with water ,drain all the water and  let it soak for 10 minutes. Step 2. Chop the onions finely. Step 3. Add  1 tsp sugar ,and 1 tsp fennel seeds ( saunf) and 1/2 tsp salt to the soaked Choora. Step4. Turn on the stove and put kadai on it, add oil/ghee  to kadhai and heat it up for 1 minute Step 5.
