Shri Ganeshaay Namah On the auspicious occasion of Ganpati I am going to prepare Modak with a different style and twist of Shondesh within. So let's start prepare the Modaks ,the favourite of Lord Ganesha. Ganpati Bappa Morya Ingredients 1. Milk - 1 Litre 2. Lemon juice of 2 Lemons 3. Powdered sugar-4tbsp 4. 12-15 Threads of saffron soaked in 2 tbsp milk. 5. Cashew nuts-4nos chopped 6. Almond-4nos. Chopped 7. Raisins(Kishmish)- 12nos. Chopped 8. Pistachio-6nos Chopped 9. Cardamom powder-1tsp 10. Chilled water (with ice cubes) 11. Khoa (Khoya)-1tbsp In addition to these you need a Modak Mould to give it a perfect shape and design. Method of Preparation Step 1: Take a deep vessel and transfer 1 litre milk to it.Then turn on the stove and put that deep vessel on it to boil the milk. Step 2: As soon as milk starts boiling turn off the gas and add 1/2 glass of chilled water to it. Step 3: Now start adding lemon juice by a small spoon till the milk gets curdled....

Ingredients 1. Peanut Butter - 6 tbsp 2. Butter - 3 tbsp 3. Marie Biscuits - 10 to 12 nos. Ground 4. Sugar Powder - 3/4 cup 5. Whole Sugar -  1/4 cup 6. Dark compound chocolate- 1.5 cup 7. Fresh cream-1.5 tbsp Method of Preparation Step 1: Turn on the stove and keep the flame low. Step 2: Put a deep vessel(Kadhai) on the stove. Step 3: Add peanut butter & butter and cook it for 2 minutes while keep stirring it . Step 4: Now add sugar Powder & whole Sugar and cook it for 5 minutes. Step 5: Then turn off the flame and add ground Marie Biscuits.Mix it well. Step 6: Now take a cake tin, place butter and grease the butter paper with butter. Step 7: Now transfer the mixture of deep vessel to the cake tin and keep it to the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Recipe of Raj Bhog Ingredients 1.Paneer - 200 grams 2. Sugar - 1.5 Cup 3. Pistachio - 10-12 nos.finely ground  4. Orange Food colour  5. Semolina - 1 tsp 6. Chilled Water - 1 Bowl Method of preparation Step1: Add semolina to the paneer and mince the Paneer with the help of your palm for 10- 15 minutes to make a dough of it. Step 2: Make small sized balls of equal size out of the dough. Step 3: Take one ball out of those balls and mix ground pistachio in it. Step 4: Now stuff 1/2 tsp of pistachio mixture of step 3 into the remaining balls. Step 5: Now take a cooker add 6 cups of water and sugar. Boil the sugar and water mixture on high flame. Step 6: As soon as the water starts boiling add all those stuffed balls to it and cover the cooker with a lid and let it cook for 30-35minutes.( Do not pressure cook) Note : a. Ingredients 1. Full Cream Milk  half Litre 2. Vermicelli (Roasted SEWAI)  1 Packet 3. Condensed Milk 2 Tablespoon 4. Powdered Sugar  5. Green Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon 6. Dry fruits ( Almond, Pistachio ) for garnish 7. Cheery for Garnishing 8. Rose essence 6-7 drops 9. Red food colour. (Optional) 10. Desi Ghee 1 tbsp Step1. Put a pan on stove and add Desi Ghee. Step 2. Add the vermicelli and roast it till it turns golden brown. Step3. Add full cream milk only 5 tbsp mix it well. Cook till vermicelli gets softer  Step 4. Add condensed milk mix it well Step 5. Add Green cardamom powder and powdered sugar (2 tbsp) and mix it well till it dries.   Step 6. Add a pinch of food colour , turn the stove off and mix it well.
