Peanut Butter Bar

Ingredients
1. Peanut Butter - 6 tbsp
2. Butter - 3 tbsp
3. Marie Biscuits - 10 to 12 nos. Ground
4. Sugar Powder - 3/4 cup
5. Whole Sugar -  1/4 cup
6. Dark compound chocolate- 1.5 cup
7. Fresh cream-1.5 tbsp

Method of Preparation

Step 1: Turn on the stove and keep the flame low.
Step 2: Put a deep vessel(Kadhai) on the stove.
Step 3: Add peanut butter & butter and cook it for 2 minutes while keep stirring it .
Step 4: Now add sugar Powder & whole Sugar and cook it for 5 minutes.
Step 5: Then turn off the flame and add ground Marie Biscuits.Mix it well.
Step 6: Now take a cake tin, place butter and grease the butter paper with butter.
Step 7: Now transfer the mixture of deep vessel to the cake tin and keep it to the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Step 8: Now cut the dark compound into small pieces and turn on the stove to melt it in double boiler. After melting turn off the stove.
Step 9:  Add fresh cream to the melted compound and mix it well.
Step 10: Now take out the cake tin from refrigerator and spread the mixture of melted compound and cream over it.
Step 11: Now again keep this cake tin to the refrigerator for 5 minutes
Step 12: After 5 minutes take out the cake tin and remove the material along with butter paper.
Step 13: Now cut the material into pieces.
Your Peanut butter bar is ready .You can garnish with silver balls and choco chips.
Enjoy with your kids at home.
It is  healthier and tastier  than the candies and chocolates present in the market.
