Marble Cake
Ingredients : 1. Milk 1 glass 2. Sugar 1/2 cup 3. All purpose flour 1&1/4 cup 4. Condensed milk 1/2 cup 5. Baking powder 1/2 tsp 6. Baking Soda 1/4 tsp 7. Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp 8. Vanilla extract 9. Butter and Refined Oil 1/2 cup Method Step 1: Turn the gas on put a deep vessel( Bhagona/Kadhai) on it. Spread the salt to the bottom of that vessel and put a stand in it.Then preheat this for 8-10 minutes on medium - high flame. Step 2: In the meantime, take a cake tin and grease it with oil and dust it with all purpose flour. Step 3: After this take a big bowl and add condensed milk, Sugar Powder & Butter+ refined oil and whisk these properly. Step 4: Now take another bowl and Seive the all purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder in it. Step 5: Now add the whisked mixture of step 3 to the mixture of step 4.
