Marble Cake

Ingredients:
1. Milk 1 glass
2. Sugar 1/2 cup
3. All purpose flour  1&1/4 cup
4. Condensed milk  1/2 cup
5. Baking powder 1/2 tsp
6. Baking Soda 1/4 tsp
7. Cocoa Powder  2 tbsp
8. Vanilla extract 
9. Butter and Refined Oil 1/2 cup
Method 
Step 1: Turn the gas on put a deep vessel( Bhagona/Kadhai) on it. Spread the salt to the bottom of that vessel and put a stand in it.Then preheat this for 8-10 minutes on medium - high flame.
Step 2: In the meantime, take a cake tin and grease it with oil and dust it with all purpose flour. 
Step 3: After this take a big bowl and add condensed milk, Sugar Powder & Butter+ refined oil and whisk these properly.
Step 4: Now take another bowl and Seive the all purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder in it.
Step 5: Now add the whisked mixture of step 3 to the mixture of step 4.
Step 6: Then start adding milk in small quantity in regular intervals  to the mixture of step 5 and make a semi thick batter as shown in the pic. 
Step 7: Now add few drop of vanilla essence/ extract to the semi thick liquid.
Step 8: Now divide the whole batter into two equal parts by using another bowl. 
Step 9: In one part part add cocoa powder and mix it well.
Step 10: Now take a cake tin and add 1 tbsp cocoa batter and 1 tbsp plain batter alternately.
Step 11: By using toothpick give the shape of flower as shown in the pic.
Step 12: Now keep the cake tin in the deep vessel (Bhagona/ Kadhai) which is getting heated ( refer step 1)and let it bake for 40-45 mins on low flame .
Step 13 : After this check the cake by inserting toothpick. If toothpick comes out clean it means your cake is ready.
