SEWAI RABRI KATORI
Ingredients
1. Full Cream Milk half Litre
2. Vermicelli (Roasted SEWAI) 1 Packet
3. Condensed Milk 2 Tablespoon
4. Powdered Sugar
5. Green Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
6. Dry fruits ( Almond, Pistachio ) for garnish
7. Cheery for Garnishing
8. Rose essence 6-7 drops
9. Red food colour. (Optional)
10. Desi Ghee 1 tbsp
Step 2. Add the vermicelli and roast it till it turns golden brown.
Step3. Add full cream milk only 5 tbsp mix it well. Cook till vermicelli gets softer
Step 4. Add condensed milk mix it well
Step 5. Add Green cardamom powder and powdered sugar (2 tbsp) and mix it well till it dries.
Step 6. Add a pinch of food colour , turn the stove off and mix it well.
Step 7. Grease a small size bowl(Katori) with ghee and add the sewai that you have made in the bowl and prees the sewaiyan so as to take the shape of the bowl
Step 9: In the meantime start the preparation of Rabri.
Step 10: Turn on the stove and Add half litre full cream milk and then powdered sugar as per taste and then add rose essence to it.
Step 11. Cook on low flame till it gets thick as shown in the pic
Step 12: Take out the bowls from refrigerator and then slowly draw out the sewai with the help of a knife.
