Paneer Fingers

Recipe of Paneer Fingers
Ingredients
1. Paneer ( Cut into long pieces approx length 3.5 inch) - 12 to 15 nos.
2. Bread crumbs of 7-8 slices
3. All purpose flour-2 tbsp
4. Corn flour - 2 tbsp
5. Oil for frying
Ground Spices
1. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
2. Chicken Masala (any brand)- 1/4 tsp 
3. Cumin powder- 1/4 tsp
4. Turmeric - pinch
5. Chaat Masla - 1/2 tsp 
6. Salt to taste
7. Lemon juice- 1 tsp
Method
Step 1: Marinate the paneer pieces with all ground spices. Keep the marinated paneer for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Take a bowl ,add all purpose flour and corn flour.
Step 3: Add the 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, pinch of salt and 1/4 tsp Chaat masala  in the flour.
Step 4: Now add water and make semi thick paste.
Step 5: Now turn on the stove, keep a pan on it and add cooking oil. Let the cooking oil heat up.
Step 6: In the meantime take a piece of marinated paneer and dip in the semi thick paste and then coat it with bread crumbs. Repeat this process with same piece of paneer again. 
Step 7: Please do the step 6 with all the paneer pieces.
Step 8: Now fry these paneer pieces in oil on low medium flame till it turns brown.
Paneer Fingers are ready . Enjoy it with sauce.
