Rawa Veggie Roll

                    RAWA VEGGIE ROLL
Usually, children at home do not love to eat vegetables. However vegetables are very nutritious and healthy for our children. So every parents especially moms want their children to have nutritious diet in breakfast. With this idea, today I have brought the recipe of Rawa Veggie Roll which children will definitely love to eat and ask for more. So let's start cooking
Ingredients (For Dough)
1. Semolina ( Rawa) 1 Cup
2. Curd ( Dahi) 1/2 Cup
3. Salt 1/2 tsp
4. Cooking soda  less than 1/4 tsp
Ingredients for Stuffing
1. Grated Carrots 1/2 cup
2. Grated Cauliflower 1/2 Cup
3. Capsicums finely chopped 1/3 cup
4. Green Chilli chopped 1 no.
5. Ginger Grated 1 inch
6. Coriander leaves chopped
Spices
1. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
2. Chat masala 1/2 tsp
3. Salt to taste 
4. Pizza sauce
5. Curry leaves 
6. Small mustard seed 1/2 tsp
7. White sesame seeds 1/2 tsp
8. Oil as per requirement

Method of preparation

Step 1: Take a bowl add semolina, curd ,salt & soda and make a dough of it. Apply some refined oil on the surface of the dough and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
Step 2: Meanwhile let's  make the stuffing. Take another bowl add all chopped ingredients for Stuffing . Mix it with black pepper ,chat masala and salt later at the time when you are ready to make the roll.
Step 3: Divide the the dough in two equal parts.
Step 4: Dust the rolling surface with all purpose flour. And take the  parts of the dough and roll it in square shape one by one.
Step 5: Now apply a layer of pizza sauce on the rolled doughs 
Step 6: Spread the veggies over the layer of pizza sauce.
Step 7: Now start rolling very smoothly  from one side.And after completion of rolling close the ends of the rolls.
Step 8 : Now take a vessel ( Kadhai) and Boil some water in it .
Step 9: Take a perforated plate or any utensil and put the rolls on it.
Step 10: Now put  the rolls with the perforated plate or utensil on the vessel of boiling water and let it cook in steam for 15 minutes on low flame. 
Step 11: Take out the rolls after 15 minutes and let it cool at room temperature. After cooling cut the rolls into pieces.
Step 12: Now put a small pan on the stove and add some oil for seasoning and let it heat up.
Step 13: Add curry leaves small mustard seed and White Sesame seeds to the oil. When it starts crackle turn the flame off. 
Step 14: Now spread the tadka over the roll pieces.
Your Rawa Veggie Roll is ready. Serve it with sauce or mayonnaise.
