Ingredients 1.Chana Dal 1tbsp  2. Urad Dal 1tbsp  3. Dry Red chilli - 2 nos. 4. Dessicated coconut 1 tbsp 5. Curry leaves 10-12 nos. 6. Tamarind 20 grams soak in water 7. Tomatoes puree of 2 Medium sized tomatoes 8. Green chillies 2 nos. Chopped 9. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp  10. Salt to taste  11. Black Pepper powder 1/2 tsp 12. Cumin seed powder 1/2 tsp 13. Lemon Rice

Ingredients for 4 Persons 1: Rice  2. Chana Dal  1 tsp soaked in water for 1 hour 3. Urad Dal 1 tsp soaked in water  for 1 hour 4. Salt to taste  5. Lemon juice of 3  lemons  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp 7. Ghee or refined oil 3 tbps 8. Mustard seeds 1 tsp  9. Curry leaves 10. Dry red Chilli 2 nos. Small 11. Green chillies 3 nos. Chopped 11. Ginger Garlic chopped  Method : Step 1 : Cook the Rice with salt as per taste in pressure cooker. Step 2: Turn on the stove and put a deep vessel on it. Step 3: Add ghee or refined oil in it and let it heat up. Step 4: Keep the flame low and add mustard seeds,chopped green chillies, dry Chillies,Chana Dal and urad dal. Everyone must have tasted Egg curry made of boiled eggs but  here  I am going to share the recipe of egg curry in a different way. Ingredients 1. Besan ( Gram Flour )    1 Cup 2. Curd 2 tablespoon 3. Salt to taste for gravy and making dough 4. Ajwain (Carrom Seeds)+ Coriander seeds+ Kalonji( Nigella)  2 tsp 5. Ingredients: for 2 persons 1. Rawa (Semolina) 1 Bowl 2. Curd.  1 Bowl 3. Salt to taste 4. Onion 1 medium size chopped 5. Capsicum. 1 medium size chopped 6. Tomatoes 1 medium size chopped and         remove pulp 7. Green Chillies. 2 nos. Chopped Carrot, beans may also be added if available. 8. Water as per requirement for making batter 9.
