Steamed Egg Curry

Everyone must have tasted Egg curry made of boiled eggs but  here  I am going to share the recipe of egg curry in a different way. I hope you all would like to try this recipe at your home.  So, let's start the process 
Ingredients: ( For 4 Persons )
1. Eggs 5 nos.
2. Onions 2 nos. Medium size finely chopped
3. Garlic 6-7 cloves
4. Tomato 1 big finely chopped 
5. Green chillies 2 nos. Chopped 
6. Coriander leaves chopped 
7. Black Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
8. Salt to taste 
9. Turmeric Powder 1/2  tsp
10. Coriander powder 1 tsp 
11. Chicken Masala (any brand) 2 tsp
13. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
14. Cooking oil as per requirement

Method:

Step 1: Break the eggs ,take out white and yellow portions of all the eggs in a bowl, add black pepper powder & salt and  Whisk it properly.
Step 2: Take a round bowl and grease it's surface from inside and then transfer the whisked eggs into it.
Step 3: Turn on the stove put a kadai on it add 1/2 of glass of water to it and let it boil.
Step 4: As soon as the water starts boiling, keep the bowl which contains the whisked eggs in the boiling water and cover the kadai with lid and leave it for 10 minutes.
Step 5: After 10 mins unlid the kadai, you will see a cake like appearance (Steamed) of the whisked egg.Now take a clean toothpick or knife and insert  into the fluffed egg and take out  to check whether it is properly cooked. If egg material still sticks to the tooth pick or knife it means it requires cooking for some more time and if it comes out clean means it is done.
Step 6: Now Take out the bowl and let it cool. When the bowl gets cool turn the bowl upside down on a plate and tap from the upper side ( which is now the bottom of the bowl after turning upside down) so that the Steamed egg comes out on the plate.
Step 7: Cut the Steamed egg into pieces the way you make pieces of paneer 
Step 8: Shallow Fry the pieces in oil and take them out.
Step 9: In the same pan or Kadai, add some more cooking oil and let it heat.

Step 10: Add cumin seed 1 tsp, Cinnamon stick ,cloves 4-5 nos.  and Black cardamom 1 no. When cumin seeds starts spluttering add  chopped garlic and Chillies and cook it for 1 minute.

Step 11: Add all finely chopped onions and cook till it gets light brown.
Step 12: After this add finely chopped tomatoe and cook it till tomatoes get tender.
Step 13: Now add all ground spices mentioned in ingredients list.
Step 14: Add some water and cook till oil separates.
Step 15: When oil separates add all steamed egg pieces ,some water as per requirement of gravy , close the lid and cook for 5-7 minutes. 
Step 16: Turn the stove off . Your STEAMED EGG CURRY is ready. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
Enjoy with chapati and Rice
