Bread Potato Roll

Ingredients for 3-4 persons 1. Bread 8-10 slices 2. Potato 5 nos. Medium size  3. Onion 1 no. Big  4. Green chillies chopped 3 nos.  5. Salt to taste 6. Turmeric 1/4 tsp 7. Garam Masala powder  1 tsp 8. Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp 9. Chat masala 1/2 tsp 10. Coriander leaves. 11. Cooking Oil  2 tablespoon 12. Cumin seed + Mustard seed  1/2 teaspoon Method  Step 1. Boil the potatoes in pressure cooker till 4-5 whistles. Step 2. Take out the boiled potatoes peel them off and mash it up. Step 3. Turn on the stove put a kadhai and add cooking oil in it and let it heat up. Step 4. Add jeera + mustard seeds and let it crackle. As soon as it starts crackling add chopped onions and green Chillies and mix them well. Cook it on medium flame till the onions gets translucent ( don't make it brown). Step 5. Poha - Indian Morning Breakfast

Ingredients- for 4 persons 1. Poha (Mota Choora) - 4 handfuls 2. Potato 1no. Big cut in small dices 3. Onions 2nos. Medium  4. Green chillies 2nos. Slit  5. Curry leaves(optional)  6. Raai(Mustard seeds) 1 tsp 7. Turmeric 1/2 tsp 8. Coriander leaves for garnishing 9. Peanuts 15-20 nos.  10. Refined Oil/Ghee.   2 tablespoon  11. Saunf (Fennel Seeds) 1 tsp 12. Salt  1 tsp  13. I am presenting a recipe of very simple dish which can be taken as Morning Breakfast or as an Evening Snack. The dish so simple that it requires only 6 very simple ingredients that everyone has in his/her kitchen. So here is recipe of MATAR KI GHUGHNI ..... Ingredients for 2-3 person 1. Green peas ( Fresh or Frozen easily available in the market) 200gms 2. Green chillies 3-4 nos. Chopped 3. Cloves of Garlic 7-8 nos. Chopped 4. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon 5. Salt to taste 6. Cooking Oil Method  Step 1. Turn on the stove and put a pan or kadai on it . Add 2-3 table spoon cooking  oil to it. Let it heat up. Step 2. Add chopped garlic and chopped green chillies. Chhola (Kabuli Chana) Simple Home style

Ingredients:( for 3-4 persons) 1. Kabuli Chana( Chhola) 150 gms soaked overnight in water. 2. Onions 2 Medium sized 3. 7-8 cloves of garlic 4. Tomatoes 2 Medium sized 5. Green Chillies 3 nos. 6. Whole spices (7-8 black pepper, 3-4 Cloves,1 small cinnamon stick,. 2 green cardamom,1-2 bay leaves and 1 teaspoon cumin seed) 7. Ground spices ( Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon, Coriander Powder 2 teaspoon, Garam Masala 1/2 teaspoon, Chhola Masala 2 tbsp of any brand) 8.  Coriander leaves for garnishing 9. Salt to taste 10.
