Matar ki Ghughni Health Breakfast/Snack
I am presenting a recipe of very simple dish which can be taken as Morning Breakfast or as an Evening Snack. The dish so simple that it requires only 6 very simple ingredients that everyone has in his/her kitchen. So here is recipe of MATAR KI GHUGHNI .....
Ingredients for 2-3 person
1. Green peas ( Fresh or Frozen easily available in the market) 200gms
2. Green chillies 3-4 nos. Chopped
3. Cloves of Garlic 7-8 nos. Chopped
4. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
5. Salt to taste
6. Cooking Oil
Method
Step 1. Turn on the stove and put a pan or kadai on it . Add 2-3 table spoon cooking oil to it. Let it heat up.
Step 2. Add chopped garlic and chopped green chillies. Fry them on medium flamefor 1-2 mins or till the garlic turns brown.
Step 3: Now add the green peas and mix it well.
Step 4:Now add salt and turmeric powder and mix them well.
Step 5: Now close the lid and let it cook for 10-12 minutes on low flame . Stir the peas in regular intervals so that they do not stick to the bottom of the pan
Your MATAR Ghughni is ready you can have it with tea or coffee .
