Badaam Milk

Recipe of Badaam Milk Ingredients 1. Full Cream Milk- 1/2 litre 2. Almond nuts -20 to 25 nos.( Soaked and peeled) 3. Sugar as per taste 4. Few Strands of saffron 5. Pistachio, Cashew and almond powder ( optional) -2 tsp 6. Cardamom powder of 3-4 nos. Of cardamoms Method Step 1: Turn on the stove and Boil the milk on low flame. Step 2: Take a grinding jar and take 2 tbsp from boiling milk and add it to the jar. Then add all Almond nuts and grind them to smooth paste. Step 3: Add this paste and sugar to the boiling milk and keep stirring. Keep the flame low. Step 4: Now add strands of saffron threads and cardamom powder. You can also add the dry fruit powder list as ingredient no.5 which is optional and it is up to your choice. Hummus

Recipe of Hummus Ingredients 1. Chick peas(Chhola or Kabuli Chana)1.5 Cup Soaked for 8 hours 2. White Sesame Seeds-2 tbsp 3. Olive oil as required 4. Garlic cloves- 5 nos. 5. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp 6. Cumin seed Powder -  1 tsp 7. Salt to taste Method   Step 1: Boil the soaked chick peas with  water in pressure cooker till 6-7 whistles. Step 2: Put a pan on the stove and dry roastthe white sesame seeds on low flame  for 30 seconds. Step 3: Take a grinding jar and grind the roasted sesame seeds with 1 tbsp olive oil in a fine paste. Step 4: Now take out the boiled chick peas from pressure cooker and transfer it to grinding jar. In that jar ,also add garlic cloves, lemon juice,sesame seed paste( of step 3), cumin seed Powder,salt and 1 tbsp olive oil and grind all these  to a thick fine paste by adding  water stock of chick peas time to time in small quantity . ...

Recipe of Paneer Fingers Ingredients 1. Paneer ( Cut into long pieces approx length 3.5 inch) - 12 to 15 nos. 2. Bread crumbs of 7-8 slices 3. All purpose flour-2 tbsp 4. Corn flour - 2 tbsp 5. Oil for frying Ground Spices 1. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp 2. Chicken Masala (any brand)- 1/4 tsp  3. Cumin powder- 1/4 tsp 4. Turmeric - pinch 5. Chaat Masla - 1/2 tsp  6. Salt to taste 7. Lemon juice- 1 tsp Method Step 1: Marinate the paneer pieces with all ground spices. Keep the marinated paneer for 30 minutes. Step 2: Take a bowl ,add all purpose flour and corn flour. Recipe of Falafel Ingredients 1. Chick peas -1.5 cup ( soaked for 8 hours) 2. Onion -1 big 3. Coriander leaves- handful 4. Lemon juice - 1tbsp 5. Garlic cloves-   7 nos. 6. White sesame seeds - 1 tbsp Ground spices   1. Coriander Powder - 1 tsp 2. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp 3. Salt to taste 4. Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp 5. Black pepper powder- 1/4 tsp Method   Step 1: Take a grinder jar and put all the ingredients and ground spices. Grind them to a fine paste without using water. Ingredients : 1. Milk 1 glass 2. Sugar 1/2 cup 3. All purpose flour  1&1/4 cup 4. Condensed milk  1/2 cup 5. Baking powder 1/2 tsp 6. Baking Soda 1/4 tsp 7. Cocoa Powder  2 tbsp 8. Vanilla extract  9. Butter and Refined Oil 1/2 cup Method   Step 1: Turn the gas on put a deep vessel( Bhagona/Kadhai) on it. Spread the salt to the bottom of that vessel and put a stand in it.Then preheat this for 8-10 minutes on medium - high flame.
