Everyone must have tasted Egg curry made of boiled eggs but  here  I am going to share the recipe of egg curry in a different way. I hope you all would like to try this recipe at your home.  So, let's start the process  Ingredients: ( For 4 Persons ) 1. Eggs 5 nos. 2. Onions 2 nos. Medium size finely chopped 3. Ingredients 1. Besan ( Gram Flour )    1 Cup 2. Curd 2 tablespoon 3. Salt to taste for gravy and making dough 4. Ajwain (Carrom Seeds)+ Coriander seeds+ Kalonji( Nigella)  2 tsp 5. Haldi (Turmeric) 1/4 tsp for dough 6. Red Chilli powder 1/2 tsp for dough 7. Onion 1 nos. Big finely chopped 8. Cumin seeds 1 tsp 9. Ginger Garlic Paste 1 1/2 tsp 10. Green Chillies 2-3 nos.  11. Instant Rawa Uttapam-Breakfast

Ingredients: for 2 persons 1. Rawa (Semolina) 1 Bowl 2. Curd.  1 Bowl 3. Salt to taste 4. Onion 1 medium size chopped 5. Capsicum. 1 medium size chopped 6. Tomatoes 1 medium size chopped and         remove pulp 7. Green Chillies. 2 nos. Chopped Carrot, beans may also be added if available. 8. Water as per requirement for making batter 9. Refined Oil  Method: Step 1: Mix Rawa and Curd in a bowl and after mixing leave it for 15-20 minutes. Step 2: After step 1 add salt to taste to the mixture. Step 3: Now add little water and make a semi thick batter. Step 4: Now add green chillies and half of chopped capsicum to it. Step 5. Now turn on the stove put a pan on it and heat it up. Ingredients - for 3-4 Persons 1. Rawa (Semolina)150gm 2. Chopped Onions 1no. big 3. Green chillies 2 nos. Slitted 4. Ginger 1 inch grated 5. Peanuts 12-15 nos . 6. Curry leaves 7. Chana Dal  1 tsp 8. Urad Dal. 1 tsp 9. Jeera 1/2 tsp 10. Mustard seeds  1/2 tsp 11. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp 12. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp 13. Salt to taste. 14. Refined Oil     3 tablespoon 15. Water  16. Lemon juice  17. Chopped Tomato 1no. big Method Step 1. Turn on the stove put a pan on it . Dry Roast the Rawa on low flame for 3-4 minutes. Ensure that colour of Rawa must not change. While roasting the Rawa keep stirring it with spatula. After roasting, Immediately  transfer the Rawa to plate. Step 2.
