Matar ki Ghughni Health Breakfast/Snack

I am presenting a recipe of very simple dish which can be taken as Morning Breakfast or as an Evening Snack. The dish so simple that it requires only 6 very simple ingredients that everyone has in his/her kitchen. So here is recipe of MATAR KI GHUGHNI ..... Ingredients for 2-3 person 1. Green peas ( Fresh or Frozen easily available in the market) 200gms 2. Green chillies 3-4 nos. Chopped 3. Cloves of Garlic 7-8 nos. Chopped 4. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon 5. Salt to taste 6. Cooking Oil Method Step 1. Turn on the stove and put a pan or kadai on it . Add 2-3 table spoon cooking oil to it. Let it heat up. Step 2. Add chopped garlic and chopped green chillies. Fry them on medium flamefor 1-2 mins or till the garlic turns brown. Step 3: Now add the green peas and mix it well. Step 4:Now add salt and turmeric powder and mix them well.
