Matar ki Ghughni Health Breakfast/Snack

I am presenting a recipe of very simple dish which can be taken as Morning Breakfast or as an Evening Snack. The dish so simple that it requires only 6 very simple ingredients that everyone has in his/her kitchen. So here is recipe of MATAR KI GHUGHNI ..... Ingredients for 2-3 person 1. Green peas ( Fresh or Frozen easily available in the market) 200gms 2. Green chillies 3-4 nos. Chopped 3. Cloves of Garlic 7-8 nos. Chopped 4. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon 5. Salt to taste 6. Cooking Oil Method  Step 1. Turn on the stove and put a pan or kadai on it . Add 2-3 table spoon cooking  oil to it. Let it heat up. Step 2. Add chopped garlic and chopped green chillies. Fry them on medium flamefor 1-2 mins or till the garlic turns brown. Step 3: Now add the green peas and mix it well. Chhola (Kabuli Chana) Simple Home style

Ingredients:( for 3-4 persons) 1. Kabuli Chana( Chhola) 150 gms soaked overnight in water. 2. Onions 2 Medium sized 3. 7-8 cloves of garlic 4. Tomatoes 2 Medium sized 5. Green Chillies 3 nos. 6. Whole spices (7-8 black pepper, 3-4 Cloves,1 small cinnamon stick,. 2 green cardamom,1-2 bay leaves and 1 teaspoon cumin seed) 7. Ground spices ( Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon, Coriander Powder 2 teaspoon, Garam Masala 1/2 teaspoon, Chhola Masala 2 tbsp of any brand) 8.  Coriander leaves for garnishing 9. Salt to taste 10. Cooking soda 1/2 teaspoon  Method: Step 1: Keep chhole in pressure cooker and add one green chilli, salt 1 tsp and cooking soda 1/4 tsp . Ingredients 1. Full Cream Milk  half Litre 2. Vermicelli (Roasted SEWAI)  1 Packet 3. Condensed Milk 2 Tablespoon 4. Powdered Sugar  5. Green Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon 6. Dry fruits ( Almond, Pistachio ) for garnish 7. Cheery for Garnishing 8. Rose essence 6-7 drops 9. Red food colour. (Optional) 10. Desi Ghee 1 tbsp Step1. Put a pan on stove and add Desi Ghee. Step 2. Add the vermicelli and roast it till it turns golden brown. Step3. Add full cream milk only 5 tbsp mix it well. Cook till vermicelli gets softer  Step 4. In most of the indian houses Chicken is made with desi spices. Here I have brought a twist in this desi chicken meal that you may have never tasted before. Achaar (Pickle) is a kind of add on that we always want to club with all food to enhance the taste. Now here I am going to use the spices of Achaar in cooking a chicken meal that will give you the taste that you are always longing for. So Here we go... Ingredients: 1.
