Paani Poori ki Poori

Making of Paani Poori ki Poori is very simple though it seems to be complicated when we eat Paani poori outside.  Believe me , I m going to tell you taday this recipe in easiest way and when you try this at home you will find Baazar jaisi crispy and  tasty poori. Ingredients: 1. Semolina ( Rawa) - 1 Bowl 2. Baking soda - 1/4 tsp 3. All purpose flour (Maida)- 1 tsp 4. Refined oil - 2 tbsp 5. Water as required 6. Refined oil for frying Method : Step 1: Mix Baking soda, all purpose flour and refined oil 2 tbsp in Semolina( Rawa) Step 2: Add water in small amount of water and knead to make a hard dough of it. Step 3: Cover the dough  and keep it aside for 20 minutes. Step 4: After 20 minutes, uncover the dough and add 2 tsp water and knead the dough again for 5-7 minutes. Rawa Disc

Welcome!  Let's start making Rawa Disc. This dish requires very common ingredients and two steel glasses. So I start with discussing the ingredients first  Ingredients : For 2 persons 1. Rawa - 1 Cup 2. Curd - 1 Cup 3. Potato - 3 medium size boiled and then grated+mashed. 4. Oninon-1 medium sized finely chopped 5. Green Chilli - 1 no. finely chopped 6. Ginger - 1 inch finely chopped 7. Refined Oil - 1 tbsp 8. Plain Eno - 1 tsp Spices: 1. Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp 2. Salt to taste 3. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp 4. Red Chilli powder. 1/4 tsp 5. Small mustard seeds-1/2 tsp 6. Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp Now, let's start cooking Method: Step 1: Mix curd and Rawa and keep aside for 30 minutes Step 2: Turn on the stove keep the flame low medium, put a pan on and add oil. Mango Mastaani

Mango Mastaani is very famous Summer drink of Pune, Maharashtra.  Today,through this post of my Blog I am having an immense pleasure in sharing the method of making this awesome drink. So let's start. To make this we take: 1. Mango Pulp of 2 Mangoes (cut in small pieces) 2. Milk - a cup 3. Sugar as per your taste 4. Vanilla icecream - 2 scoops 5. Some dry fruits for garnishing( Chopped Almond and Pistachios) 6. Tooti frooti for garnishing (Optional) 7. Few pieces of mango pulp ( listed as 1) for garnishing  8. Blending Jar Add all the ingredients listed as 1,2,3& 4 in the Blending jar (8) and blend it till they become smooth. Now, take the smoothy in glasses and garnish the top of the smoothy with ingredients listed as 5,6&7. You can also add 1 scoop of vanilla icecream over it (optional). Watermelon Lemonade

       Today we will prepare a lip smacking drink which is healthy,cool and refreshing. The Name of the drink is Watermelon Lemonade . The ingredients are very simple and it takes only few minutes to prepare. So, to make this Lemonade for 2-3 persons we take : 1. Pulp of more than half of the Watermelon (take out all the seeds from pulp) 2. Lemon Juice of 2 lemons  3. Sugar as per your taste  4. Mint leaves 15-20 nos. 5. Some ice cubes 6. Black Salt.   1/2 teaspoon 7. A Blending jar  Add all the ingredients (listed as 1 to 6 ) in a blending jar (listed as 7) and blend it for a minute. Watermelon Lemonade is ready. 

Egg Korma

Ingredients 1. Boiled Egg 4 nos. 2. Onions 2 big size  3. Cloves of Garlic 6 nos. 4. Ginger 1 inch 5. Almonds 6 nos soaked in water and peeled 6. Cashew nuts 6 nos. 7. Poppy seed 1tsp(optimal) 8. Ghee 1tsp 9. Refined 2 tsp for gravy 10. Cinnamon stick 1inch 11. Green Cardamom  3 nos. 12. Cloves 5 nos. 13. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp 13. Red Chilli powder 1/2 tsp 14. Cumin powder 1/2 tsp 15. Coriander powder 1 tsp 16. Green chillies 4nos. Slitted  17. Curd 3 tbsp beaten 18. Salt to taste 19. Kewda Essence 1 tsp 20. Milk 1 cup 21. Kesar threads 8-10 nos. Soaked 1/4 cup of milk 22.
