Paani Poori ki Poori

Baking soda - 1/4 tsp 3. All purpose flour (Maida)- 1 tsp 4. Refined oil - 2 tbsp 5. Water as required 6. Refined oil for frying Method : Step 1: Mix Baking soda, all purpose flour and refined oil 2 tbsp in Semolina( Rawa) Step 2: Add water in small amount of water and knead to make a hard dough of it. Step 3: Cover the dough and keep it aside for 20 minutes. Step 4: After 20 minutes, uncover the dough and add 2 tsp water and knead the dough again for 5-7 minutes.
