Paani Poori ki Poori

Making of Paani Poori ki Poori is very simple though it seems to be complicated when we eat Paani poori outside. 
Believe me , I m going to tell you taday this recipe in easiest way and when you try this at home you will find Baazar jaisi crispy and  tasty poori.

Ingredients:
1. Semolina ( Rawa) - 1 Bowl
2. Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
3. All purpose flour (Maida)- 1 tsp
4. Refined oil - 2 tbsp
5. Water as required
6. Refined oil for frying
Method:
Step 1: Mix Baking soda, all purpose flour and refined oil 2 tbsp in Semolina( Rawa)

Step 2: Add water in small amount of water and knead to make a hard dough of it.
Step 3: Cover the dough  and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
Step 4: After 20 minutes, uncover the dough and add 2 tsp water and knead the dough again for 5-7 minutes.
Step 5: Take a small portion and roll it the way you roll the chapatis ( the chapati should be thin)
Step 6: Take a round cutter as shown in pic and cut out small disc from the chapati
Step 7: Again roll  these disc lightly
Step 8: Now , fry these disc till they get light brown.
Pooris are ready.
Keep these pooris aside for 30 minutes it will make poori crispy.
