Cheesse Cone

Ingredients:
A. For Dough
1. Semolina (Rawa) 1 cup grounded in grinder
2. Salt 1/2 tsp
3. Lukewarm Water as required
4. Refined oil 2 tsp
B. For Stuffing 
1.Finely chopped Onions - 1 big size
2. Chopped Carrot - 1/2 cup
3. Chopped Capsicum-1/2 cup
4. Chopped cabbage -1/2 cup
5. Chopped Green chilli -  1 no.
6. Finely chopped Garlic- 1 tsp
7. Refined oil - 2 tsp
8. Salt - 1/2 tsp
9. Red chilli powder-1/4 tsp
10. Black pepper powder-1/4 tsp
11. White Vinegar- 1 tsp
12. Soy sauce- 1 tsp
13. Red chilli sauce- 1 tsp
14. Tomato sauce -  1 tsp
15. Pizza sauce - 1 tsp
16. Cheese cube - 2 nos. 
17. Refined oil  for frying
Method:
Step 1: Add salt to finely grounded semolina and make a soft dough by adding lukewarm water in small quantities.
Step 2: Add refined oil and knead again and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Now to prepare the stuffing turn on the flame and put a pan on it.Add refined oil and let it heat up.
Step 4: Next add chopped onion and cook until it turns translucent.
Step 5: Next add garlic and green chillies and cook them till the raw smell of garlic goes away.
Step 6: Next add all vegetables and cook them on high flame for 2 minutes.
Step7: Now keep the flame low and add vinegar, soy sauce,red chilli sauce, Tomato ketchup, black pepper,red chilli powder and salt. Mix them well for 10-20 seconds and put the flame off and let the stuffing cool down.
Step8: After getting cooled add grated cheese and Pizza sauce over the stuffing.
Step 9: Now uncover the dough and make balls of the size shown in pic
Step 10: Now roll the balls like chapati.you can dust the rolls with all purpose flour so that the chapatis do not stick to the pastry board.
Step 11: Cut the all chapatis in four parts and make cone shape of each part.
Step 12: Fill the stuffing into the cone and seal the upper part by using water .
Step 13: Now put the kadai on the stove heat the oil and then keep the flame low medium.
Step 14: Fry the stuffed cones in the oil till the cone turns golden brown.
Your Cheese Cone is  ready.
Amazing!!  It tastes like Pizza ... Wow
