Bhaapa Doi (Steamed Yogurt Pudding)

Ingredients:

1.  Hung Curd/Yogurt 1 Cup
2.  Condensed Milk 1 Cup
3.  Milk 5 Table spoon
4. Chopped Pistachio for garnishing
5. Few Threads of Saffron

Method:
 
Step 1: Whisk the Hung yogurt and condensed milk with hand whisker
 
Step 2: Add the milk as per quantity mentioned above with few threads of Saffron
 
Step 3: Grease the small sized bowl with desi Ghee
 
Step 4: Put the mixture in bowl and cover it with Aluminium foil
 
Step 5: Put the bowl in steamer (idli maker/dhokla maker) for 20-25 minutes
 
Step 6: Now take out the bowl and let it cool till it attains the room temperature 
 
Step 7: Now keep the Bowl in freezer for 2 hours 
 
Step 8: After 2 hours take the bowl out from the freezer and remove the Aluminium foil.

The mouth watering dish is ready. You can serve to your loved ones and guests
