Ingredients For Dough 1. Makke Ka atta ( Corn Flour) 1 Cup 2. All purpose flour ( Maida) 1/2 Cup 3. Turmeric 1/4 TSP 4. Asafoetida 1/4 TSP 5. Salt to taste 6. Kasoori methi 1 TSP 7. Refined oil 1 Tbsp For Stuffing   1. Medium sized boiled potatoes -5 nos. cut into small pieces. 2. Refined oil- 2 Tbsp 3. Fennel seed - 1 TSP 4. Mustard seeds (Raai)- 1 TSP 5. Green chilli- 2 nos. Chopped 6. A pinch of Turmeric 7. Salt to taste 8. Red chili powder-1/2 TSP 9. Lemon juice-1/2 lemon 10. Makhaana (Foxnut) Kheer (Pudding)

On the auspicious occasion of Navratri, I am presenting a sweet dish which can also be taken along with falaahaar and other vrat food. It is easy to cook and takes less time. So let's start the preparation.   Ingredients   1. Makhaana (Fox Nuts) - 2 Cup 2. Full cream Milk- 1 litre 3. Sugar as per taste 4. Green Cardamom powder- 1 tsp 5. Few Threads of saffron soaked very little amount of milk. 6. Mixed Dry fruits( Cashew,almond, pistachio,chironji, kismis etc.) 7. Desi Ghee 2 tbsp Method Step 1: Turn on the stove , put a frying pan on it . Add 1 tbsp ghee and all Makhana. Keep stir the Makhana on low flame till it turns crunchy. It will take only 3-4 minutes.Turn off the flame. After that take this out in a separate plate. Step 2: Keep 10-15 nos. Of Makhanas (Foxnuts) aside and Grind rest of the Makhanas in grinder coarsely. Shri Ganeshaay Namah On the auspicious occasion of Ganpati I am going to prepare Modak with a different style and twist of Shondesh within. So let's start prepare the Modaks ,the favourite of Lord Ganesha. Ganpati Bappa Morya Ingredients 1. Milk - 1 Litre 2. Lemon juice of 2 Lemons 3. Powdered sugar-4tbsp 4. 12-15 Threads of saffron soaked in 2 tbsp milk. 5. Cashew nuts-4nos chopped 6. Almond-4nos. Chopped 7. Raisins(Kishmish)- 12nos. Chopped 8. Pistachio-6nos Chopped 9. Cardamom powder-1tsp 10. Chilled water (with ice cubes) 11. Khoa (Khoya)-1tbsp In addition to these you need a Modak Mould to give it a perfect shape and design. Method of Preparation Step 1: Take a deep vessel and transfer 1 litre milk to it.Then turn on the stove and put that deep vessel on it to boil the milk. Step 2: As soon as milk starts boiling turn off the gas and add 1/2 glass of chilled water to it. Step 3: Now start adding lemon juice by a small spoon till the milk gets curdled....

Ingredients 1. Peanut Butter - 6 tbsp 2. Butter - 3 tbsp 3. Marie Biscuits - 10 to 12 nos. Ground 4. Sugar Powder - 3/4 cup 5. Whole Sugar -  1/4 cup 6. Dark compound chocolate- 1.5 cup 7. Fresh cream-1.5 tbsp Method of Preparation Step 1: Turn on the stove and keep the flame low. Step 2: Put a deep vessel(Kadhai) on the stove. Step 3: Add peanut butter & butter and cook it for 2 minutes while keep stirring it . Step 4: Now add sugar Powder & whole Sugar and cook it for 5 minutes. Step 5: Then turn off the flame and add ground Marie Biscuits.Mix it well. Step 6: Now take a cake tin, place butter and grease the butter paper with butter. Step 7: Now transfer the mixture of deep vessel to the cake tin and keep it to the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Chopped Capsicum-1cup 3. Chopped onion-1 cup 4. Chopped tomato-1/2 cup 5. Boiled corn - Handful 6. Chopped garlic cloves- 5 to 6 nos. 7. Oil-2 tbsp 8. Cheese cube- 2 nos. 9. Oregano-1 tsp 10. Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp 11. Salt to taste 12. Red chilli sauce- 2 tbsp 13.
