Ingredients For Dough 1. Makke Ka atta ( Corn Flour) 1 Cup 2. All purpose flour ( Maida) 1/2 Cup 3. Turmeric 1/4 TSP 4. Asafoetida 1/4 TSP 5. Salt to taste 6. Kasoori methi 1 TSP 7. Refined oil 1 Tbsp For Stuffing 1. Medium sized boiled potatoes -5 nos. cut into small pieces. 2. Refined oil- 2 Tbsp 3. Fennel seed - 1 TSP 4. Mustard seeds (Raai)- 1 TSP 5. Green chilli- 2 nos. Chopped 6. A pinch of Turmeric 7. Salt to taste 8. Red chili powder-1/2 TSP 9. Lemon juice-1/2 lemon 10. Coriander leaves chopped Preparation of Dough Step 1: Take a bowl mix all ingredients mentioned above for Dough Step 2: Make dough by using water the same way you make for chapatis Preparation of Stuffing Step 1: Turn on the stove, put a pan on it and add refined oil.
